Plain English Summary
Use the platform honestly. Complete tasks genuinely. Do not cheat, use bots, or create multiple accounts. Missing a streak day wipes your balance — no exceptions. We never ask you to invest money. If you violate the rules, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on createandearn.site ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms apply to all users — creators, task earners, and visitors.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- One account per person — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited
- You must not be located in a country under international sanctions
3. The Streak System — Critical Rules
⚠️ Read This Carefully
If you miss completing all daily tasks on any single day, your entire accumulated balance and all stored points are permanently wiped and reset to zero. There are no exceptions, Also note that if we don't reach our goal of 10 million users in one year, you will get nothing.
Additional streak rules:
- Tasks must be completed before midnight in your local time
- Points must be actively claimed — they are not automatically credited
- Partial task completion does not count as a completed streak day
- Streak bonuses are applied at the end of each completed 7-day streak
4. Points and Earnings
- Points earned through daily tasks are stored in your account and have no guaranteed monetary value until the 1 million active users milestone is reached
- The USDT conversion rate at the milestone is determined by total platform ad revenue and total surviving points — it is not predetermined
- Creator ad revenue earnings are calculated in real time based on actual ad impressions on your content
- We reserve the right to adjust task point rates, daily caps, and milestone thresholds with 14 days' public notice
- Earnings are not guaranteed. Ad revenue depends on market rates, traffic volume, and advertiser demand
5. Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount is $4.00 USDT
- Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request
- You are responsible for providing a correct TRC-20 USDT wallet address — funds sent to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered
- Withdrawals are limited to once per 7 days per account
- We charge no platform fee on withdrawals — you pay only the TRC-20 network gas fee
- We reserve the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud investigation
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account ban with all earnings and points forfeited:
- Using bots, scripts, or automation to complete tasks
- Creating or operating multiple accounts (one per person, strictly enforced)
- Using VPNs to manipulate task verification or location
- Artificially inflating post views, likes, follows, or comments
- Posting spam, misleading, or harmful content on the platform
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the platform
- Submitting false withdrawal information or impersonating another user
7. Creator Content Rules
- All content must be original and created by you
- You retain ownership of your content but grant CreateAndEarn a license to display it on the platform and alongside advertisements
- Content must not violate copyright, defame individuals, or contain illegal material
- We reserve the right to remove any content without notice if it violates these Terms or our content guidelines
- Ad revenue is only generated on content that passes our quality review and meets monetization criteria
8. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms. Upon termination:
- All accumulated points and pending earnings are forfeited
- You lose access to your creator content dashboard
- Termination decisions for serious violations (bots, fraud) are final and non-appealable
- For other violations, you may submit an appeal within 7 days to createandearn7@gmail.com
9. No Investment Required — Anti-Fraud Statement
CreateAndEarn will never ask you to deposit, invest, or pay any amount of money to join, earn, or withdraw. If you receive any communication claiming to be from CreateAndEarn and requesting payment — it is a scam. Report it immediately to createandearn7@gmail.com.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific earning amounts, or that the 1 million user milestone will be reached within any particular timeframe. We are not liable for losses caused by missed streaks, technical issues, or market-driven changes in ad revenue rates.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
