Plain English Summary We collect only what we need to run the platform. We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers beyond standard ad delivery. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing createandearn7@gmail.com.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when creating an account:

Full name and email address
Password (stored in encrypted form — we never see your plain password)
Account type preference (Creator, Task Earner, or Both)
USDT wallet address (only when you submit a withdrawal request)

We also automatically collect the following when you use the platform:

IP address and approximate location (country/city level only)
Device type, browser, and operating system
Pages visited, tasks completed, and time spent on platform
Task activity logs (for fraud detection and streak verification)

3. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account
To track task completions, points, and streak status
To calculate and process creator ad revenue earnings
To process withdrawal requests to your USDT wallet
To detect and prevent fraud, bots, and abuse
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, withdrawal receipts)
To respond to support tickets and appeals
To generate anonymized platform-wide statistics for our monthly reports

We do not use your data to serve targeted ads to you. We do not build advertising profiles on our users.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share limited data only in these circumstances:

Firebase (Google) — our backend and database provider. Your account data is stored securely on Firebase infrastructure under Google's data processing terms.
Ad networks — when ads are displayed on creator content, the ad network receives standard technical data (page URL, browser type, approximate location) to deliver the ad. Your name and email are never shared with advertisers.
Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users, we may disclose information to authorities.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion:

Your profile, task history, and points are deleted within 7 days
Any pending earnings or points are forfeited upon deletion
Withdrawal transaction records are retained for 12 months for financial record-keeping
Anonymized, aggregated data (not linked to you) may be retained indefinitely for platform analytics

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal cookies strictly necessary to operate the platform:

Session cookies — to keep you logged in during a session
Authentication tokens — stored locally to remember your login across sessions
Ad network cookies — placed by our ad partners on creator content pages to deliver and measure ads. These are governed by the ad network's own privacy policy.

We do not use third-party analytics like Google Analytics on user dashboard pages.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correct any inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and personal data
Object to processing of your data
Withdraw consent at any time (note: this will prevent us from providing the service)

8. Security

Your data is stored on Firebase's secure, encrypted infrastructure. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard encryption and are never stored in plain text. Withdrawal wallet addresses are only stored when a withdrawal is requested and are used solely for that purpose. Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure — do not share your password with anyone.

9. Children's Privacy

CreateAndEarn is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us immediately at createandearn7@gmail.com and we will delete the account promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify registered users by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
